Not always. If your results are already complete and ready to present, you can move directly to abstract preparation. However, if you need assistance performing statistical analyses to generate results for the abstract, our Data Analysis service can help. The Base Package is available, but most clients choose Package A or Package B because they offer a more complete, cost-effective solution for conference preparation. These packages bundle our most commonly requested services at a discounted rate compared to selecting items individually.
If you need additional support—such as data analysis, poster printing and shipping—these services can be added as needed.
Your project manager will ensure a seamless workflow between services. We also offer an array of other services that you may find useful. Visit the following service pages for information.
For Packages A and B, we use a milestone-based payment structure:
First payment: The Base Package fee—including abstract development only—due at project kick-off
Second payment: If you choose Package A or Package B, the base package payment serves as a down payment. After your abstract has been accepted by the conference, you’ll simply pay the difference between the Base Package and your selected package.
The final decision rests with the conference organizers. However, our service is designed to substantially strengthen your submission. We guarantee that the abstract meets the length, structure, and format requirements specified by the conference. These enhancements can greatly improve your chances of acceptance.
Congratulations! For Package B, you’ll receive a professionally designed PowerPoint and tailored speech script, both customized to match your audience and align with your abstract. You also have the option to add on a professional conference poster to accompany your presentation.
A dedicated project manager will oversee your project and coordinate all communication. You’ll have multiple opportunities to review and request revisions before finalization to ensure everything meets your expectations.
